Our in-house butchers, Jon Thorner’s has been an established butchers for over thirty five years.
All their beef is ‘Certified as Naturally Reared on West Country farms’, and they source farm assured Somerset lamb and pork. The pork is reared just three miles away from their Pylle head-quarters.
The welfare of farm animals is of prime importance and they offer free-range poultry, including geese and ducks, from Somerset.
There is a diverse range of locally-sourced meat throughout the seasons, including spring lamb and their superb game offering, which is sourced from shoots across Radstock.
