Here on the farm, Mary 'The Chocolatier' has created a selection of hand-made chocolates and chocolatey treats using only the finest Belgian chocolate.
Mary has always been fond of the sweet stuff and at home is a real bakeaholic. So once she had perfected the brownie, conjured up miracle bars and created countless cakes for the shop and cafe, we gave her a little cabin of her own in which to create more wondrous things.
Her hand-made range includes
