Full-time,  £18,000 – £23,000 per year

We are looking for a competent Event manager to oversee and organise events that will make an impact to a target audience. You’ll ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.

An event manager is, above all, a project manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques. We want to employ an enthusiastic candidate with fresh ideas and the organisational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.

The role will typically also involve a great deal of digital and online marketing work, operating our website and social media accounts. As such, you will be required to look at analytics and come up with appropriate courses of action, produce written and multimedia content and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising. As such having a familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is beneficial.

You will be required oversee many aspects of a marketing campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service or idea. You are likely to have a great deal of responsibility and will be required to manage your time and duties as required.

Required Experience:

Event Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Full-time, £8.50 – £9.50 per hour

We are looking to appoint an experienced food lover to manage our small but vibrant deli counter. The deli showcases lots of great fresh produce made right here on site by our production kitchen team. Alongside our homemade range, we offer lots of great local cheeses, patisserie and breads, all giving a great mouthwatering display.

As Deli Manager, you will be responsible for achieving your sales, waste and margin targets, as well as implementing all food safety standards and audit checks, product ordering and display. This role would really suit a lover of artisan food coupled a passion for giving great customer service. This vacancy as arisen due to manager relocation.

If you are able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, love food and have a good knowledge of cheese and cooking, then this role could be for you. You will be required to work every other weekend and be able to travel to the village of Farrington Gurney.

Part-time, 6-8 hours per week
