Full-time, £8.50 – £9.50 per hour We are looking to appoint an experienced food lover to manage our small but vibrant deli counter. The deli showcases lots of great fresh produce made right here on site by our production kitchen team. Alongside our homemade range, we offer lots of great local cheeses, patisserie and breads, all giving a great mouthwatering display. As Deli Manager, you will be responsible for achieving your sales, waste and margin targets, as well as implementing all food safety standards and audit checks, product ordering and display. This role would really suit a lover of artisan food coupled a passion for giving great customer service. This vacancy as arisen due to manager relocation. If you are able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, love food and have a good knowledge of cheese and cooking, then this role could be for you. You will be required to work every other weekend and be able to travel to the village of Farrington Gurney.
