Step into a world of Christmas enchantment at Farrington's... a truly memorable experience for all, and one not to be missed this Christmas! Get up close and personal with two of Santa's friendly reindeer (they are REAL!), learn fun facts about these majestic creatures and snap a selfie in Santa's sleigh. You will also meet Santa and recieve special gifts from him.

Tickets & Details

Adult - £4.50 - includes the following:

• Entry into the event with Santa, his elf and his two real reindeer
• 10% off in the Farm Shop and Christmas shop on event day (show your ticket for the discount)

Child (over 2 years old) - £18.00 - includes the following:

• Reindeer encounter with two real reindeer 
• Meet Santa Claus along with his elf helper
• Surprise gifts for each child
• 1 FREE peak Playbarn entry, valid on the day or can be used up to 7 days following the event

When booking your tickets, select how many adults are attending, then choose your child tickets under the time slot you'd like. The time is your arrival time and when your experience will start. We recommend you to arrive at least 10 minutes before this time to check in. The experience will be shared with others, with a maximum of 18 children and accompanying adults per slot. The experience will last around 30 minutes.

FAQ’s

What age is the event suitable for?

This event is not suitable for children under 2 years old. We recommend this event for children at least 2 years old, up to around 8 years old. It is your decision whether you think your child will enjoy the experience outlined. 

Do I have to pay for my baby?

If you have a child under 24 months, they will not require a ticket but please note that they will not receive a gift from Santa.

I am unable to attend due to feeling unwell, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund if you are not able to make your slot.

Can I swap my ticket to another day?

We will do our best to accommodate; however if the day you wish to move to has sold out we cannot then issue a refund.

Can dogs come?

Unfortunately reindeer don't like dogs, so dogs can not attend the event.

Do I have to pay for adults and children?

Yes, everyone needs a ticket except under 2s. There are two different ticket types, one for children and one for adults. 

What happens if I am late?

We will try our best to fit your group in at a later time but due to the popularity of the event this might not always be possible. We suggest you arrive 10 minutes before your time slot, we cannot be held responsible for being late. There are plenty of things to do at Farrington's prior to your experience (Farm Shop, Cafe, Playbarn...) so we recommend aiming to get here extra early to avoid disappointment!

How long will the event take?

30 minutes, but please arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot to check-in.

What else is there to do?

The Garden Shed will be serving festive hot drinks and homemade cakes. The café will be open with log burner roaring, serving hearty homemade meals. The Playbarn will be open if you wish to use your free entry that day, or you can choose to use your free entry to the Playbarn in the 7 days following the event. The Farm Shop, Deli & Butchery will be open as normal stocked with homemade and locally sourced produce.
