The Elves are back!

Although a little different from previous years Santa’s elves are still visiting us this year!  Join us for our hugely popular Elf Hunt! Your little one will enter the Elf Academy where they will learn to be a real elf, they will learn important jobs like how to make reindeer food for Santa's hungry reindeer, which they can take home and leave out on Christmas Eve. Then take a trip to the Candy Cane making elf where you will learn how candy cane grow. (SHHH we will sneak parents a candy cane that they can replace when your little one is in bed that night). Following the Elf Academy is the Elf Hunt; a trail around the farm to find all the naughty elves. There are 10 to find plus some other festive sights including a missing Santa!? Your little one will receive an elf of their own for finishing the trail and a certificate.

IMPORTANT: please only book with people in your household/support bubble.  Friends may attend at the same time slot but please book under separate names. We can only allow a certain number of bubbles in each slot for Covid safety and our booking system is not clever enough to know if you are part of a bubble or two or three bubbles. FAQ’s

What will happen if the event cannot go ahead?

If we cannot go ahead with the event due to COVID restrictions or the weather we will refund your tickets (minus the booking fee). 

Do I have to pay for my baby?

If your child is under 24 months they will not require a ticket but please note that they will also not receive any other event items that come free with your ticket e.g. reindeer making food or an elf. 

Is the trail buggy friendly?

The trail is half on the grass and half on hard standing, the grass part may be a little tricky for a buggy but do-able, we recommend a sling or carrier for small babies. 

What shall I wear?

Half of the trail is on grass so if it has been raining, this may get muddy. Dress for the weather. We also love seeing people dressed with Christmas spirit! 

Do I have to wear a face-covering?

Most of the event will be outside but anyone over 11 will need to wear a face-covering in any of the inside locations in line with the government restrictions.

I am unable to attend due to feeling un-well, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund if you are not able to make your slot. 

Can I swap my ticket to another day?

We will do our best to accommodate; however if the day you wish to move to has sold out we cannot then issue a refund. 

Can dogs come?

Unfortunately, elves are really scared of dogs, so dogs can not attend the event.

Do I have to pay for adults and children?

Yes, we need to keep track of how many people are in each group so everyone that comes will need a ticket.

Will you be releasing any more dates?

Yes, depending on how popular the event is more dates will be released as they fill up.

Can I book at the same time as my friends?

What happens if I am late?

We will try our best to fit your group in at a later time but due to COVID safety measures, this might not be possible. We suggest you arrive 5 minutes before your time slot. 

How long will the event take?

About 1.5 hours

What else is there to do?

Our cafe will be open to warm up in after the trail, the log burner will be going and there are plenty of festive treats on the menu.  Plus, our swinging Christmas tree forest is open in our barn area where you can search around for your favourite tree to take home.
