Level 2 – Food Safety in Catering  

EU Regulations require Food Businesses to make sure that any staff who handles food are supervised, instructed and trained in Food safety in a way that is appropriate to the work they do.

Farrington’s run accredited food safety workshops for individuals and businesses.
