BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Farrington’s Kids Fest – Terms & Conditions
"Farrington’s Farm" – referred to as "we," "us," or "our" – is the organiser of the event known as Farrington’s Kids Fest (referred to as "the Event").
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By purchasing tickets and attending the Event, you agree to be bound by the following terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Farrington’s Farm.
1. BOOKING & ENTRY
1.1. Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket purchased via our official website. Tickets are not sold through any third parties.
1.2. All attendees aged 2 and over must have their own ticket to enter.
1.3. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be amended once booked.
1.4. All ticket purchases are subject to a non-refundable booking administration fee.
1.5. You must present a valid e-ticket on arrival, either on a smartphone or as a printed copy.
1.6. Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking. Arrival on an incorrect date may result in refused entry due to capacity limits.
1.7. The Event is held outdoors and will go ahead in all weather conditions, including rain or poor weather.
1.8. Farrington’s Farm reserves the right to make changes to the Event without prior notice, including alterations to scheduled activities, locations, or timings, in response to supplier availability, inclement weather (see section 3 & 4) or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. CONDUCT & SAFETY
2.1. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
2.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination or disruptive behavior towards staff or other attendees will result in removal from the Event without refund.
2.3. While we take reasonable measures to ensure everyone’s safety, attendance is at your own risk and we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages sustained during the Event.
2.4. Attendees must take appropriate personal precautions and remain aware of their surroundings at all times.
2.5. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing suited to the weather and outdoor conditions.
2.6. No dogs are permitted at the Event, except for registered assistance dogs.
2.7. Help us keep the farm clean – please use bins provided or take your litter home.
2.8. The Event is held on farmland – be aware of uneven or muddy ground.
2.9. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
2.10. We do not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage of personal items at the Event.
3. WEATHER CONDITIONS & WARNINGS
3.1. In the event of a weather warning (such as storms, rain, or extreme temperatures), we will carefully assess the situation in line with official guidance. The Event may proceed with adjustments to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
3.2. If you choose to attend the Event during a weather warning, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk. We advise all attendees to check weather forecasts prior to attending and dress appropriately, bringing items such as waterproof clothing, sun protection or additional layers as required.
3.3. In the event of extreme weather, certain activities, performances or areas of the Event may be modified, restricted or closed for safety reasons. These changes will be communicated on arrival, or via our social media channels and email, if appropriate.
3.4. No refunds will be issued if you choose not to attend during a yellow or amber weather warning. If the Event is cancelled due to a red weather warning, you will be offered a refund of the ticket price (excluding the booking fee), or the option to reschedule if possible.
4. WEATHER WARNING LEVELS
4.1. Yellow weather warning (be prepared): The Event will proceed as scheduled. Attendees are advised to prepare for potentially adverse conditions and dress accordingly. Safety precautions will be in place where necessary. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance under a yellow warning.
4.2. Amber weather warning (take action): The Event will proceed with caution. We may adjust activities or access to certain areas to ensure attendee safety. Any significant changes will be communicated on entry, and if necessary, via email and social media. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance under an amber warning.
4.3. Red weather warning (dangerous conditions): The Event may be cancelled if a red weather warning is in effect in Farrington Gurney. If cancellation occurs, we will notify all ticket holders via email and social media on the morning of the Event. In this case, a refund of the ticket price (excluding booking fees) will be issued.
By booking tickets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to follow these rules may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Event without refund.
