WE ARE RECRUITING PART-TIME PLAYBARN TEAM MEMBERS

Farrington’s Farm is an idyllic 400-acre working farm in the village of Farrington Gurney, home to our Farm Shop, Café, Playbarn and Shopping Village.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our friendly Playbarn team and help create a fun, safe and memorable experience for children and families.

Our indoor Playbarn is a popular destination for families, birthday parties and seasonal events, with busy periods during weekends and school holidays. During the summer months, the team also support our outdoor play park operations.

The role

General duties include:

• Serving customers at the admissions desk and café counter

• Preparing hot & cold drinks, snacks and refreshments

• Cleaning and maintaining the play areas and facilities

• Carrying out equipment and safety checks

About you

The ideal candidate will be friendly, confident and reliable, with plenty of energy and enthusiasm and a passion for excellent customer service. Previous hospitality, leisure or customer service experience would be beneficial, and experience working with children is an advantage. Barista experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Part-time shifts on weekends and school holidays

• 29 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)

Pay is dependent on age and experience, between £8.25 - £12.95.
